About the Nylon Webbing:

Crafted from premium nylon webbing, the collar is designed for everyday comfort and durability. As with all woven textile materials, scratching, chewing, or repeated abrasion may cause loose fibers, fraying, or fuzzing over time. These changes are a natural characteristic of woven materials resulting from normal use, and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Hardware & Finish:

The aerospace-grade aluminum hardware and brass rivets are designed for everyday use and may develop minor signs of wear, surface marks, or subtle changes in finish over time. These changes are a natural result of regular use and do not affect the functionality of the product.

Padded Construction:

The collar features a soft padded structure and breathable mesh lining designed to enhance everyday comfort. To maintain optimal performance, allow the collar to dry completely after exposure to water or moisture before storing.

Returns:

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials intact.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to shipping cartons or packaging materials that do not affect the product itself are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
