• The vegan leather details can be cleaned with a slightly damp cloth and should be dried promptly after contact with water.

About the Fabrics & Webbing

Crafted from premium nylon webbing, the leash is designed to provide durability, comfort, and reliability for everyday walks. As with all woven textile materials, scratching, chewing, or repeated abrasion may cause loose fibers, fraying, or fuzzing over time. These changes are a natural characteristic of woven materials resulting from normal use, and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Hardware & Finish

The aerospace-grade aluminum hardware and brass rivets are designed for everyday use and may develop minor signs of wear, surface marks, or subtle changes in finish over time. These changes are a natural result of regular use and do not affect the functionality of the product.

Safe Use

For you and your furry family's safety, we recommend inspecting the leash regularly before use. If excessive wear, damage, loose stitching, or hardware deformation is observed, discontinue use and replace the product as necessary.

Returns:

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and included materials intact.

Customized, personalized, final sale, clearance, and gift card purchases are not eligible for return or exchange unless required by applicable law. Minor cosmetic imperfections to shipping cartons or packaging materials that do not affect the product itself are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
