To preserve the surface finish, avoid prolonged exposure to perfume, sweat, chemical cleaners, seawater, or high-humidity environments. Fine scratches that develop over time are a natural expression of the metal.

As each personalized pet tag is custom-made to your specifications, personalized products are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or cancellation once production has begun, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors caused by FURLO.

Minor cosmetic imperfections to shipping cartons or packaging materials that do not affect the product itself are not considered defects and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
